Supporting Kubernetes Platforms Across Three Telecom Operators
We ran DevOps for three operator accounts: Kubernetes and the connected application, database, storage, certificate and integration layers.
Three telecom operator accounts shared a Kubernetes foundation but had different sites, integrations and operational dependencies. A service issue could involve the application, platform, database or customer network, so it took knowledge of the complete environment.
We supported NetACE platforms across production, disaster recovery and test environments. Our scope covered Kubernetes workloads, ingress and TLS, monitoring, logging, registries, storage and database replication, together with application and customer integration troubleshooting.
We took operational DevOps ownership across all three accounts, with a defined approach to investigating incidents across technology layers. Our customer-specific knowledge supported maintenance and corrective work in each environment.
