A national defense IT organization needed a reliable ITOM foundation for infrastructure visibility and certificate lifecycle management. Discovery access and environment readiness were tightly constrained.
We supported platform setup, completed virtual infrastructure discovery and a server discovery pilot, and enabled endpoint certificate discovery. We built automation to get past discovery access barriers.
Virtual infrastructure discovery is complete and endpoint certificate discovery is running. Broader rollout and certificate workflow validation are in progress.
