A telecom provider needed support across its network management application and the underlying network equipment. Keeping environment knowledge available mattered as its internal support organization changed.
We supported the Aspen application, Atrica devices and Juniper routers: incidents and planned maintenance, with environment-specific scripts that investigate service impact, flag known risks and apply established recovery procedures.
In the 2026 service review period we resolved 98 support tickets, handled 6 out-of-hours incidents and supported 13 planned maintenance windows across the application and network layers.
