An aerospace and defense manufacturer needed a secure, resilient ITOM capability for a complex enterprise environment: discovery and monitoring now, automation later.

Our work

We produced an updated solution architecture and deployment design, and gave ongoing technical guidance. The engagement then expanded to platform performance remediation and additional automation requirements.

Outcome

The customer has an updated architecture and deployment design for its ITOM capability. Implementation and performance remediation are under way.
